Dovitech A / S is pleased to announce our merger Vactek A / S, one of the leading suppliers to the Danish electronics industry, with a long history and experience with solutions within inductive components, magnets, precious metals and EMC shielding.
The merger with Vactek A / S, located in Espergærde, strengthens our position in the Danish market. The combination of Dovitech and Vactek's knowledge and committed employees, we strengthen the organization and improve our opportunities so that we can inspire, support, advise or simply offer the simple solution.
As with all important business decisions, we will work closely with our customers, partners and employees so that the merger will take place as smoothly as possible. The merger of the two companies will take effect from 1 April this year.
Vactek A / S and Dovitech A / S will continue under the name Dovitech A / S and CVR no. 25 48 73 97, and will continue to be a 100% owned subsidiary in the Addtech AB Group.
